The DNT Hydra HS635 thermal imager features a high-performance 12μm ≤18mK thermal sensor combined with DNT’s proprietary Super Resolution image algorithm—taking thermal imaging to the next level. This innovative technology dramatically enhances image clarity and solves the common issue of losing detail when digitally zooming in.

Crafted from a single block of 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum using CNC machining, the Hydra is exceptionally rugged. It carries an IP67 waterproof rating and can withstand recoil forces up to .50 BMG / 800Gs, making it perfectly suited for the toughest hunting conditions.

Power is delivered by interchangeable, rechargeable flat-top 18650 batteries, offering extended, stable performance. These batteries are lightweight, durable, and capable of multiple charge cycles, ensuring reliable power in the field.

With the DNT Optics app, you can livestream your thermal imaging experience, sharing your hunt and shooting adventures in real time for a more engaging connection.

The Hydra offers three versatile modes of use:

1. Standalone Imager: Featuring a 1024×768 micro-OLED display and rapid-adjust eyepiece, it provides a natural viewing experience with a generous 2.5” (65mm) eye relief and a forgiving eye box, perfect for long sessions in the field.
2. Clip-On Device: Compatible with LPVOs (recommended to use in the lower half of the magnification range) and low magnification prism optics, the Hydra easily converts your daytime optic into a powerful thermal imager.
3. Handheld Monocular: Weighing just 13.7 oz (389 g), the Hydra’s compact, ergonomic design offers a comfortable and secure grip for handheld use.
