The FDick ErgoGrip 6″ Inch (15cm) Curved Boning Knife features a narrow, semi-flexible blade ideal for effortlessly deboning a variety of different meats, poultry and fish.

Made in Germany, the FDick ErgoGrip knife range has been designed with ergonomics and comfort in mind.

Featuring non-slip handles, an extra-wide thumb rest and the distinctive FDick fingerguard design. The blades are crafted from specially temperered high carbon steel offering a very sharp, easy to sharpen knife with superior edge retention. Dishwasher safe, the handle is sealed around the blade for easy cleaning to stop bacteria and residue build up.
