Payment Plan Terms & Conditions
Our payment plan option allows you to secure eligible products by paying an upfront deposit, with the remaining balance due within the agreed payment period.
By choosing a payment plan, you agree to the following terms:
1. Deposit & Balance Payment
A deposit is required at the time of placing your order. The deposit amount may vary depending on the product, promotion, or payment plan offered at the time.
The remaining balance must be paid in full within 8 weeks from the date your payment plan is created, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Bristle Up Hunting Supplies.
2. Product Held Until Paid in Full
Products purchased on a payment plan will not be shipped until the full balance has been paid and cleared.
Once the plan is fully paid, your order will be moved to our ready-to-ship queue and dispatched as soon as possible, subject to normal processing and stock availability.
3. Making Payments
You may make payments toward your balance at any time during the payment period.
Payment links and balance details may be provided by email, SMS, or through your customer account where available.
4. Missed or Late Payments
It is your responsibility to ensure the full balance is paid by the due date.
If the balance is not paid within the agreed payment period, Bristle Up Hunting Supplies may contact you to discuss your options.
If the balance remains unpaid after reasonable follow-up, the payment plan may be cancelled.
5. Cancellation & Forfeiture Fee
If a payment plan is cancelled due to non-payment, change of mind, or failure to complete the balance within the required time, a cancellation/forfeiture fee may be retained from the amount you have paid.
This fee helps cover administration, payment processing, product holding, restocking, and lost sale opportunity costs.
Any remaining refundable amount, after the applicable cancellation/forfeiture fee, will be refunded to your original payment method where possible.
6. Customer Cancellations
You may request to cancel your payment plan before it is completed.
If you cancel, the same cancellation/forfeiture fee may apply, and any remaining refundable balance will be returned to you.
7. Product Availability
We make every reasonable effort to hold the product allocated to your payment plan.
In rare cases, supplier delays, stock shortages, discontinued products, or other availability issues may affect fulfilment. If this occurs, we will contact you to discuss suitable options, which may include waiting for stock, changing products, store credit, or a refund where appropriate.
8. Changes to Your Payment Plan
Product changes, upgrades, or payment plan adjustments may be available at our discretion.Any changes may affect the deposit, balance owing, payment deadline, or product availability.
9. Communication
We may contact you by email, SMS, or phone regarding your payment plan, including payment reminders, balance updates, overdue notices, and order updates.
Please ensure your contact details are correct so you do not miss important payment or order information.
10. No Shipment Before Final Payment
A payment plan does not give ownership or delivery rights to the product until the full balance has been paid and cleared.
Bristle Up Hunting Supplies will retain the product until the payment plan is fully completed.
11. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise covered by consumer guarantees, your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.
12. Agreement
By placing an order using a payment plan, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Payment Plan Terms & Conditions.
