The RIX NANO Thermal Clip-On mounts in front of your zeroed day scope and turns it into a thermal scope. It has a 640×512 sensor under 15mK, a 50mm F1.0 lens at 1× and a 1500 m laser rangefinder with ballistic calculation, in a 435g body under 100mm long. You’ll find it in our RIX thermal clip-ons range. To fit it, you need an adapter that matches your day scope’s objective, and the eyepiece for handheld use is sold separately.

RIX NANO Features
Keeps your day scope zero
The NANO is built to line up with a day scope that is already zeroed. Fit it in front, and your point of aim is designed to stay where it was. Check your zero on a target before you hunt. For fine changes, it has a 1.2cm at 100m click value and is listed at 1 MOA or better.

Short and light
At 99.8mm long and 435g, the NANO adds little weight and length out front, which helps the rifle stay balanced.

640 sensor and 50mm lens
The 640×512 sensor under 15mK and the 50mm F1.0 germanium lens give a detailed thermal image through your day scope. Use it with day scope magnification from 1× to 16×, and choose from four menu scaling levels to match your zoom.

Rangefinder and ballistic calculator
The built-in laser rangefinder reads to 1500 m, and the ballistic calculator uses that distance to suggest a hold.
Remote control and focus lever
A detachable remote mounts near your grip, so you can work the NANO without reaching to the front of the scope. The focus lever sits in the middle and works from either side.
Replaceable 18650 battery
One 18650 cell (70mm long) gives about 4 hours. Carry spares and swap them in the field, or run it from USB-C.

Use it as a monocular (eyepiece sold separately)
With the optional RIX eyepiece fitted, the NANO works as a handheld thermal monocular with 3–12× digital zoom.

Clip-on or dedicated thermal scope?
A clip-on keeps your day scope and its zero, while a dedicated thermal scope is one unit with no day scope to carry. Compare every brand on the thermal clip-ons page, or read how to choose a thermal scope.
