The RIX Glint G2 Thermal Imaging Riflescope is a 256×192 thermal scope with a 25mm F1.0 lens, 3.5× base magnification, a 1500 m laser rangefinder and an onboard ballistic calculator. It weighs 625g and runs on a 21700 or 18650 battery. It is the entry model in the RIX Glint series. A 256 sensor suits close and mid-range shooting; for more detail further out, step up to the 384 G3 or the 640 G6.

Rangefinder and ballistic calculator built in
Range an animal out to 1500 m (±1m) and the ballistic calculator uses that distance and your load data to give a hold point on screen. You don’t need a separate rangefinder or a drop chart in your pocket.
Smooth image at 50Hz
The F1.0 lens and 50Hz frame rate keep the picture smooth when you pan across a paddock or follow a moving pig. Weather Mode, including a Rain Mode, adjusts the image when humidity, rain or fog flatten the contrast.
Light at 625g
At 625g and 306mm long, the G2 keeps a rifle easy to carry and quick to shoulder on a walk-and-stalk hunt.
Two battery sizes
Use a 21700 cell, or an 18650 if that’s what you already carry. Run time is about 6.5 hours, and the battery swaps in the field. USB-C gives you external power from a power bank.
