SmartRest Pic Clamp Lockable Lever

The SmartRest Pic Clamp Lockable Lever is a Picatinny / Weaver rail clamp with a lockable lever, made from 6061 anodised alloy for clamping rails 20–22 mm wide onto a suitable solid surface.

Adjustment

Side-wall gap is adjusted with the lever — rotate to tighten or loosen. The receiving nut is a Nyloc nut set in the clamp so adjustment does not need extra tools. If the lever does not lock in the parallel position, the manufacturer instructs pushing the nut out of its recess and rotating it to reposition the lever.

Mounting options

1. Top mounting — two supplied black 10/24 countersunk screws, into a tapped substrate or through-holes with the supplied nuts.
2. Underneath mounting — two supplied 1/4-20 button-head screws and washers into the two threaded base holes. Mounting holes are spaced 14 mm centre-to-centre (manufacturer figure).

Notes

This lever-lock clamp is a different style from SmartRest screw-style pic clamps already used in some kits. Do not silently swap it in place of an existing kit clamp without checking thread and hole pattern.
