The 5″ Inch (13cm) FDick ExpertGrip Curved Boning Knife features a semi-flexible blade which is ideal for intricate meat deboning work, particularly for thinner cuts of meat that are easily pierced.

The F.Dick ExpertGrip 2K range is specifically designed for demanding, daily use in meat processing facilities and butcher shops.

Unique to the range is the open handle which allows a quick and safe change of grip and precise cut to increase output and efficiency.
