The 5″ Inch (13cm) F.Dick ExpertGrip Curved Boning Knife features a semi-flexible blade which is ideal for intricate meat deboning work, particularly for thinner cuts of meat that are easily pierced.

The F.Dick ExpertGrip 2K range is specifically designed for demanding, daily use in meat processing facilities and butcher shops.
