The Nocpix ACE 2 H35R is the logical starting point for hunters who prioritise a wide field of view and lower base magnification. The H35R combines Nocpix’s new 640×512 ≤12mK sensor platform with a fast 35mm F0.9 objective lens and 2× base magnification, creating the widest-field 640 model in the ACE 2 range.

Its full 21.9m × 17.6m field of view at 100 metres gives you considerably more viewing area than the 50mm H50R, making it especially useful where fast target acquisition, close-to-medium range hunting and maintaining awareness of what is happening around the target are more important than starting with higher magnification.

The H35R also receives the major ACE 2 upgrades, including R+ 2.0 image processing, Ocular Zoom 2.0, Integrated LRF 2.0, ballistic calculation, central focusing, intelligent tracking, 5G Wi-Fi and the new magnesium-alloy body.

ACE 2 H50R – The 640 Long-Range Option

The Nocpix Ace 2 H50R is the better all-rounder, retaining enough field of view for close-range targets while delivering improved clarity and shape recognition at longer distances. You sacrifice a little speed in target acquisition at close range in favour of a more balanced setup across a wider range of hunting conditions. It is particularly well suited to cattle country, open cropping country and more open terrain, while still remaining capable in denser environments such as cane, bananas and macadamia farms. The H50R pairs the same 640×512 sensor with a 50mm objective and 3× base magnification. Compared with the H35R, the field of view narrows from 21.9m to 15.4m at 100 metres.

ACE 2 S60R – Flagship 1280 Thermal

The Nocpix Ace 2 S60R is the flagship model. It is the true ultimate all-rounder for both close and long range. It gives you a very good field of view at close range, even better than the H35R, while the 1280px sensor and incredible zoom quality give you the best long-range clarity and shape recognition in the Ace 2 Series, making it quite a step up over the H50R for longer shots.
You really can’t go wrong with this one if you can afford it. It is the perfect scope for everything from cattle country and open cropping country to dense cane, bananas and macadamias.
Its 1280×1024 12μm detector contains four times the pixel count of a 640×512 sensor, paired with a large 60mm objective.
Importantly, Nocpix has combined this with 2× base magnification and a particularly wide 25.6 × 20.5m field of view at 100 metres.
That makes the S60R an excellent option for hunters who want both a broad viewing area at base magnification and a huge amount of sensor resolution available as magnification increases.

640×512 Sensor with ≤12mK NETD

The ACE 2 H35R uses Nocpix’s new 640×512 12μm detector with thermal sensitivity rated at ≤12mK.
That increased thermal sensitivity is designed to reveal smaller temperature differences within the image, helping preserve separation and fine detail when conditions reduce natural thermal contrast.
Combined with the fast F0.9 objective and Nocpix R+ 2.0 processing, the H35R is designed to extract more useful information from the 640 sensor rather than relying on excessive sharpening.

35mm F0.9 Lens & 2× Base Magnification

The 35mm F0.9 objective is the defining characteristic of the H35R.
A 2× starting magnification gives the H35R a relatively relaxed view through the scope, making it easier to find an animal quickly and maintain context around it.
For hunters primarily operating at short to medium distances, that can be more useful than beginning at higher magnification and having a narrower window into the paddock.

Ocular Zoom 2.0

When additional magnification is required, Ocular Zoom 2.0 gives the H35R another way to increase perceived image size.
ACE 2 features a 60mm eye relief and 10mm exit pupil, with a hybrid ocular/electronic zoom system designed to maintain normal reticle behaviour and provide a more natural viewing experience.
If preferred, the hybrid function can be switched off and conventional digital zoom used instead.

Integrated LRF 2.0 & Ballistic Calculation

The H35R includes Nocpix’s redesigned Integrated LRF 2.0.
The rangefinder is built into the conventional scope body, allowing the hunter to range through the same optic used for observation and aiming.
Nocpix claims the new optical design is 11% sharper and can range up to 57% faster in difficult conditions than the previous generation.
Range information can then be used by the integrated ballistic calculation system to provide an adjusted aiming solution based on the configured ballistic data.

Central Focus Control

A centrally located focus control allows the H35R to be refocused without reaching forward to rotate the objective.
This is particularly relevant to the H35R because its wider field of view makes it well suited to situations where targets can move quickly between different distances.

Intelligent Tracking

ACE 2 combines laser ranging with electronic compass and positioning information.
After a target is ranged, location and directional information can assist the hunter in returning to or navigating toward the ranged position afterwards.

Dual Clarity Mode

Motion Mode prioritises smooth representation of moving targets.
Still Mode focuses on extracting greater fine detail from a more stationary scene.
This lets the processing behaviour better suit the type of target being viewed rather than relying on one universal mode.

Lightweight Magnesium Construction

The ACE 2 platform moves to a magnesium-alloy body, helping reduce overall mass while retaining the conventional 30mm tube-style layout hunters already know.
Nocpix says the ACE 2 generation is approximately 25% lighter overall than the preceding platform and remains under 1kg.

Up to 8 Hours Battery Life

The ACE 2 power system combines onboard power with a replaceable 18650 battery.
Nocpix quotes operating endurance of up to eight hours, helping the H35R cover extended hunting sessions while retaining the option of carrying spare replaceable batteries.

5G Wi-Fi

Upgraded 5G Wi-Fi provides transfer speeds of up to 20MB/s and supports quicker transfer of thermal videos and other media to a connected device.
The system can remember a previously paired device, reducing the amount of setup required each time the scope is used.
