Terms and Conditions of Entry
1. General
- 1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the trade promotion. By entering, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
- 1.2 If thereโs any conflict with other information about this competition, these Terms and Conditions apply.
- 1.3 The Promoter is Bristle Up, a trading name of Ryled Pty Ltd (ABN 87682863458), located at 13 Garden Street, Yuleba, QLD, 4427, Australia, working with Uhunt, who promotes the competition through Uhunt.tv website and apps.[^1]
2. Who Can Enter
- 2.1 Open to residents of Queensland (QLD), Victoria (VIC), New South Wales (NSW), Western Australia (WA), Northern Territory (NT), and Tasmania (TAS) who meet the entry requirements (“Eligible Entrants”). You must be over 18 years old at the time of entry.
- 2.2 Entry must comply with state and territory laws. Check that entering is allowed in your state.
- 2.3 Employees and their immediate families (spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child, stepchild, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, sibling, step-sibling, or first cousin) of Bristle Up, Uhunt, or related companies/agencies cannot enter.
- 2.4 Affiliates earning income from promoting Uhunt or Bristle Up (e.g., via affiliate links or ads) and independent individuals/businesses providing services (e.g., footage) to Bristle Up or Uhunt may enter if they:
- Meet the same entry requirements as others;
- Have no access to private information that gives an unfair advantage;
- Are not involved in running or judging the competition.
3. How to Enter
- 3.1 Option 1 – Purchase from www.bristleup.com.au:
- Get 1 free entry for every $50 spent in a single eligible purchase on www.bristleup.com.au, up to $5,000 per order (maximum 100 entries). Spending over $5,000 does not add more entries.
- Youโll see your entries confirmed at checkout.
- 3.2 Option 2 – Uhunt.tv or Uhunt.org Subscription:
- You must have an active, paid, up-to-date subscription to Uhunt.tv or Uhunt.org during the Promotional Period. Unpaid or failed payments will disqualify you.
- Uhunt.tv provides premium video content, discounts, and free competition entries as part of your subscription at no extra cost.
- Subscription tiers and entries:
- 3.3 Non-Website Purchases:
- Purchases made via invoice, phone order, or any other non-website sales channel are not eligible for competition entries unless the entrant requests entry eligibility before payment and Bristle Up confirms that eligibility in writing before the transaction is completed. If approved, the purchase must be fully paid during the Promotional Period and the entrantโs details must be recorded by the Promoter. Approved non-website purchases will receive 1 entry for each full $50 AUD spent, capped at 100 entries per transaction. If no prior written approval is given by Bristle Up, no entries will be awarded for that transaction.
4. General Conditions
- 4.1 By entering, you agree that Bristle Up and Uhunt may send you marketing messages (including emails). You can opt out at any time by following the instructions in each message without affecting your competition entries.
- 4.2 You must provide valid contact details (phone number, email) if asked. Entries must be in your own name. Unclear, incomplete, or invalid entries may be rejected.
- 4.3 Your entries are counted by listing your name for each entry (e.g., “Luke Anderson” with 10 entries appears 10 times in the draw).
5. Proof of Entry and Forfeiture
- 5.1 Keep your original receipts, documents, or tags to prove your purchase or subscription. You must show these if Bristle Up asks, to confirm you followed the rules.
- 5.2 If Bristle Up reasonably determines, based on evidence, that you used proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) already claimed by another entrant, the entries linked to that proof will be invalid, and you may be disqualified from winning a prize in this promotion.
- 5.3 If your Uhunt.tv or Uhunt.org subscription is not paid and active at the draw date, your entries are invalid, and Bristle Up may redraw.
- 5.4 Entries from errors, failed payments, refunds, or cancelled orders are invalid, and Bristle Up may redraw if such entries win.
- 5.5 Bristle Up decides if these rules are broken and may request proof. You must provide any requested documents quickly.
6. Open, Close, Draw, and Publish Dates
- 6.1 The competition runs from 16/03/2026 at 6:00 PM to 30/04/2026 at 11:00 PM AEST (“Promotional Period”).
- 6.2 The draw will be conducted by a registered, government-approved third party, such as TPAL (Trade Promotions and Lotteries Pty Ltd), on or before 15/05/2026 to ensure fairness. If using a third party is not feasible, an alternative fair method (e.g., random number generator or manual draw) will be used, guaranteeing an equal chance of winning for all entries.
- 6.3 The winner will be contacted by email and phone within two business days of the draw. Their name will be posted on www.bristleup.com.au within two business days of the draw.
- 6.4 If the draw date is a public holiday, it will happen the next business day. Bristle Up may reschedule due to unexpected issues (e.g., technical problems), holding the draw as soon as possible with the same rules.
- 6.5 The prize, if unclaimed after 90 days despite reasonable efforts to contact the winner, will be forfeited. Bristle Up may redraw from eligible entries or award to a reserve winner, notifying the new winner within two business days.
- 6.6 All times are AEST, based on the Promoterโs location.
7. Prizes on Offer
- 7.1 The total prize pool is valued at $5,999 (including GST, where applicable), as of 16/03/2026. The Promoter manages GST for the prize in accordance with tax laws.
- 7.2 One winner will be drawn, with reserve winners drawn at the same time. The prize is:

- 7.3ย Prizes may have tax consequences for the winner depending on the winnerโs personal or business circumstances. Winners should obtain independent tax advice about any tax obligations associated with the prize.
8. Special Conditions
- 8.1 The winner must claim the prize within 90 days of the draw, unless another arrangement is agreed with Bristle Up. Bristle Up will arrange delivery, collection, electronic issue, or another reasonable method of providing the prize, depending on the nature of the prize.
- 8.2 If the prize, or any part of the prize, is unavailable for any reason, Bristle Up may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable laws and any required approvals. Cash will not be awarded unless expressly stated.
- 8.3 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless expressly stated. No compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use or accept the prize.
- 8.4 If a qualifying purchase or subscription is cancelled, refunded, reversed, or found to be invalid, any related entries are void. If a winner receives a refund or cancellation for the qualifying purchase or subscription after the draw, Bristle Up may require the winner to return the prize, or where the prize has been partly used or redeemed, return, repay, or forfeit the unused or recoverable portion of the prize before the refund is processed. Failure to do so may result in the refund being refused and the prize being forfeited.
- 8.5 If the prize is store credit, it is subject to the applicable terms and conditions of www.bristleup.com.au and, unless otherwise stated, must be used within 12 months of issue.
9. Further Terms and Conditions
- 9.1 Entries via third-party platforms or with incorrect contact details are invalid. If you win and this is discovered, you must return any unused portion of the prize. Bristle Up may request proof to check compliance.
- 9.2 The winner may need to sign a release form and show proof of identity, age, residency, or entry validity. If you cannot provide proof, you forfeit the prize.
- 9.3 Bristle Up may redraw if a winner does not follow these Terms and Conditions or breaks them.
- 9.4 The prize is provided electronically or to the winnerโs nominated method. Bristle Up and related parties are not responsible for issues with prize delivery beyond their control.
10. Dispute Resolution
- 10.1 If you have an issue with the competition, contact Bristle Up at ryledco@outlook.com or 0427312312. Bristle Up will work to resolve it fairly within 14 days.
- 10.2 If the issue isnโt resolved, you can request fair mediation with an independent party to help settle it. You can also seek remedies under Australian laws, like the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Privacy Collection Statement
- 11.1 Bristle Up collects your personal information to run and promote this competition, including picking and contacting winners. We may share your details with Uhunt for marketing purposes. You can opt out anytime by following instructions in our messages.
- 11.2 We may share your information with agents to run the draw or deliver prizes, or with regulators if required. We follow the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Bristle Upโs Privacy Policy at https://www.bristleup.com.au/privacy-policy/.
- 11.3 To access, update, or complain about your information, contact The Privacy Officer, Ryled Pty Ltd, 13 Garden Street, Yuleba, QLD, 4427, Australia, or email ryledco@outlook.com.
12. Copyright, Statutory Guarantees, Waiver, and Liability
- 12.1 All entries and their copyright belong to Bristle Up, who may publish or share them.
- 12.2 The winner agrees to join promotional activities (e.g., photos, interviews), allowing Bristle Up and Uhunt to use this content worldwide, including on social media, without payment.
- 12.3 These Terms and Conditions do not affect your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or similar state/territory laws (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).
- 12.4 Except for Non-Excludable Guarantees, Bristle Up and Uhunt are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage (including indirect loss) from technical issues, theft, unauthorized access, issues with entries or prizes, prize value changes, tax liabilities, or prize use, as allowed by law.
- 12.5 The competition complies with all state and territory laws in QLD, VIC, NSW, WA, NT, and TAS. Permits are secured where required by law and available for review on request.
- 12.6 Bristle Up may amend, cancel, or suspend the competition (with regulatory approval) if an unexpected event affects its fairness or operation. Anyone tampering with the entry process will be disqualified.
