Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. General

• 1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the trade promotion. By entering, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
• 1.2 If there’s any conflict with other information about this competition, these Terms and Conditions apply.
• 1.3 Promoter and Authorised Partner
• The promotion is conducted by Ryled Pty Ltd (ABN 87 682 863 458) trading as Bristle Up (“Promoter”).
• Uhunt, operated as a sole trader by Jesse Farr (ABN 81 307 063 904), participates in this promotion as an authorised promotional partner (“Authorised Partner”).
• The Promoter is responsible for the overall conduct, administration, and prize fulfilment of the promotion. The Authorised Partner is authorised to issue entries in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• 1.4 Relationship of Parties
  This promotion is conducted under a commercial agreement between the Promoter and the Authorised Partner. The Authorised Partner is not the promoter of the competition but is permitted to allocate entries through its platform as set out in these Terms and Conditions.

2. Who Can Enter

• 2.1 Open to residents of Queensland (QLD), Victoria (VIC), New South Wales (NSW), Western Australia (WA), Northern Territory (NT), and Tasmania (TAS) who meet the entry requirements (“Eligible Entrants”). You must be over 18 years old at the time of entry.
• 2.2 Entry must comply with state and territory laws. Check that entering is allowed in your state.
• 2.3 Employees and their immediate families (spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child, stepchild, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, sibling, step-sibling, or first cousin) of Bristle Up, Uhunt, or related companies/agencies cannot enter.
• 2.4 Affiliates earning income from promoting Uhunt or Bristle Up (e.g., via affiliate links or ads) and independent individuals/businesses providing services (e.g., footage) to Bristle Up or Uhunt may enter if they:
  • Meet the same entry requirements as others;
  • Have no access to private information that gives an unfair advantage;
  • Are not involved in running or judging the competition.

3. How to Enter

• 3.1 Option 1 – Purchase from www.bristleup.com.au:
  • Get 1 free entry for every $50 spent in a single eligible purchase on www.bristleup.com.au, up to $5,000 per order (maximum 100 entries). Spending over $5,000 does not add more entries.
  • You’ll see your entries confirmed at checkout.
  • Entries may be obtained through separate entry mechanisms administered by the Promoter and the Authorised Partner. All valid entries will be combined into a single draw.
• 3.2 Option 2 – Uhunt.tv
  • You must have an active, paid, up-to-date subscription to Uhunt.tv during the Promotional Period. Unpaid or failed payments will disqualify you.
  • Entries associated with Uhunt subscriptions are issued by the Authorised Partner.
  • Uhunt.tv provides premium video content, discounts, and free competition entries as part of your subscription at no extra cost.
  • The Authorised Partner is responsible for recording and allocating all subscription-based entries. These entries will be submitted to the Promoter and included in the final draw.
  • Entries issued by the Authorised Partner are subject to validation by the Promoter and will only be included in the draw once recorded in the Promoter’s entry system.
  • Subscription tiers and entries:
    • Uhunt.tv Premium Member ($12.99/month): 5 entries
    • Uhunt.tv Plus Member ($24.99/month): 20 entries
    • Uhunt.tv Max Member ($34.99/month): 50 entries.
• 3.3 Non-Website Purchases:
  • Purchases made via invoice, phone order, or any other non-website sales channel are not eligible for competition entries unless the entrant requests entry eligibility before payment and Bristle Up confirms that eligibility in writing before the transaction is completed. If approved, the purchase must be fully paid during the Promotional Period and the entrant’s details must be recorded by the Promoter. Approved non-website purchases will receive 1 entry for each full $50 AUD spent, capped at 100 entries per transaction. If no prior written approval is given by Bristle Up, no entries will be awarded for that transaction.
• 3.4 Free Entry Method (No Purchase Necessary)
  To enter the promotion without making a purchase, Eligible Entrants may submit a free entry by post.
  To be valid, entrants must:
  Handwrite their full name, residential address, phone number, and email address on a plain piece of paper; and
  Mail it in an envelope to:

  Each envelope received constitutes one (1) entry.
  Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotional Period to be valid. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or delayed mail.
  All valid free entries will be recorded and included in the same combined entry pool as paid entries and will have an equal chance of winning.
  Entry into the promotion is not conditional on making a purchase.
• 3.5 Combined Entry Pool and Uhunt Member Bonus Prize Pool
  All valid entries issued by the Promoter and the Authorised Partner will be combined into a single main entry pool and included in the main prize draw conducted by the Promoter or its appointed third-party draw service.
  From time to time, the Promoter and/or Authorised Partner may also offer an additional bonus prize that is available only to eligible Uhunt.tv members (“Uhunt Member Bonus Prize”). Unless expressly stated otherwise, eligibility for any Uhunt Member Bonus Prize is limited to entrants who hold an active, paid, up-to-date Uhunt.tv subscription during the Promotional Period and at the time of the relevant bonus prize draw.
  The Uhunt Member Bonus Prize, if offered, will be drawn separately from the main prize draw. Bristle Up customers who are not also eligible Uhunt members will remain eligible for the main prize draw but will not be eligible for the Uhunt Member Bonus Prize.
  The availability, value, draw date, and specific conditions of any Uhunt Member Bonus Prize will be stated in these Terms and Conditions, or in the relevant promotional material, before or during the Promotional Period.

4. General Conditions

• 4.1 By entering, you agree that the Promoter and the Authorised Partner may contact you for marketing purposes, including email and SMS communications. You may opt out at any time without affecting your competition entries.
• 4.2 Entrants must enter in their own real legal name and must provide accurate, complete, current, and valid contact details, including both a valid email address and a valid phone number. Both a valid email address and a valid phone number are mandatory entry requirements. Entries submitted without both required contact details, or with false, incorrect, incomplete, unreachable, unverifiable, fake, or invalid contact details, may be rejected, removed from the draw, or declared invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.
• 4.3 Your entries are counted by listing your name for each entry (e.g., “Luke Anderson” with 10 entries appears 10 times in the draw).

5. Proof of Entry and Forfeiture

• 5.1 Keep your original receipts, documents, or tags to prove your purchase or subscription. You must show these if Bristle Up asks, to confirm you followed the rules.
• 5.2 If Bristle Up reasonably determines, based on evidence, that you used proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) already claimed by another entrant, the entries linked to that proof will be invalid, and you may be disqualified from winning a prize in this promotion.
• 5.3 If your Uhunt.tv / Uhunt 2.0 subscription is not paid and active at the draw date, your entries are invalid, and Bristle Up may redraw.
• 5.4 Entries from errors, failed payments, refunds, or cancelled orders are invalid, and Bristle Up may redraw if such entries win.
• 5.5 Bristle Up decides if these rules are broken and may request proof. You must provide any requested documents quickly.
• 5.6 Entry Verification
  The Promoter reserves the right to verify and reconcile entries issued by the Authorised Partner. Any discrepancies, invalid entries, or entries not supported by valid subscription records may be removed prior to the draw. The Promoter may reject or remove any entry where the entrant’s eligibility, subscription status, payment status, plan type, account details, or contact details cannot be reasonably verified.

6. Open, Close, Draw, and Publish Dates

• 6.1 The competition runs from 01/05/2026 at 6:00 AM to 31/05/2026 at 11:00 PM AEST (“Promotional Period”).
• 6.2 The draw will be conducted by the Promoter, or by a registered, government-approved third party appointed by the Promoter, such as Trade Promotions and Lotteries Pty Ltd (TPAL), on or before 15/06/2026 to ensure fairness. If using a third party is not feasible, the Promoter may conduct the draw using an alternative fair method (e.g., random number generator or manual draw), ensuring all valid entries have an equal chance of winning.
• 6.2A Bonus Prize Draws
  If an Uhunt Member Bonus Prize is offered, the bonus prize draw may be conducted at the same time as the main prize draw or at a separate time stated in the relevant promotional material. The bonus prize draw will be conducted by the Promoter, the Authorised Partner, or an appointed third-party draw service using a fair random draw method.
• 6.3 The winner will be contacted by email and phone within two business days of the draw. Their name will be posted on www.bristleup.com.au within two business days of the draw.
• 6.4 If the draw date is a public holiday, it will happen the next business day. Bristle Up may reschedule due to unexpected issues (e.g., technical problems), holding the draw as soon as possible with the same rules.
• 6.5 The prize, if unclaimed after 90 days despite reasonable efforts to contact the winner, will be forfeited. Bristle Up may redraw from eligible entries or award to a reserve winner, notifying the new winner within two business days.
• 6.6 All times are AEST, based on the Promoter’s location.

7. Prizes on Offer

• 7.1 The total prize pool is valued at $3,051 including GST where applicable, as of 01/05/2026. This value is based on the highest-value main prize option available to the winner, not the combined value of all prize options.
  If an additional Uhunt Members Only Bonus Prize or other bonus prize is offered, the total prize pool will be the combined RRP value of the main prize and all bonus prizes offered under this promotion. The Promoter manages GST for the prize pool in accordance with applicable tax laws.
• 7.2 If multiple prize options are available, the winner will receive one listed prize option only. The total prize value will be calculated based on the highest-value option available, not the combined value of all prize options.
• 7.3 One winner will be drawn, with reserve winners drawn at the same time. The main combined prize is:

7.4 Uhunt Member Bonus Prize
In addition to the main prize listed above, the Promoter and/or Authorised Partner may offer a separate Uhunt Member Bonus Prize from time to time.

Where an Uhunt Member Bonus Prize is offered, the prize details will be stated below or in the relevant promotional material:

To be eligible for the Uhunt Member Bonus Prize, the entrant must:
a. be an Eligible Entrant under these Terms and Conditions;
b. hold an active, paid, up-to-date Uhunt.tv / Uhunt 2.0 App subscription during the Promotional Period;
c. remain active, paid, and up-to-date at the time of the relevant bonus prize draw; and
d. comply with all other requirements of these Terms and Conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Uhunt Member Bonus Prize is separate from the main prize and will be drawn only from eligible Uhunt member entries.

• 7.5 Prizes may have tax consequences for the winner depending on the winner’s personal or business circumstances. Winners should obtain independent tax advice about any tax obligations associated with the prize. Approved entries will be recorded by the Promoter and included in the combined entry pool for the draw.

8. Special Conditions

• 8.1 The winner must claim the prize within 90 days of the draw, unless another arrangement is agreed with Bristle Up. Bristle Up will arrange delivery, collection, electronic issue, or another reasonable method of providing the prize, depending on the nature of the prize.
• 8.2 If the prize, or any part of the prize, is unavailable for any reason, Bristle Up may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable laws and any required approvals. Cash will not be awarded unless expressly stated.
• 8.3 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless expressly stated. No compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use or accept the prize.
• 8.4 If a qualifying purchase or subscription is cancelled, refunded, reversed, or found to be invalid, any related entries are void. If a winner receives a refund or cancellation for the qualifying purchase or subscription after the draw, Bristle Up may require the winner to return the prize, or where the prize has been partly used or redeemed, return, repay, or forfeit the unused or recoverable portion of the prize before the refund is processed. Failure to do so may result in the refund being refused and the prize being forfeited.
• 8.5 If the prize is store credit, it is subject to the applicable terms and conditions of www.bristleup.com.au and, unless otherwise stated, must be used within 12 months of issue.

9. Further Terms and Conditions

• 9.1 Entries submitted via unauthorised third-party platforms, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, aliases, nicknames, false names, or any name other than the entrant’s own real legal name are invalid. Entries with missing, incomplete, incorrect, unreachable, unverifiable, fake, or invalid email addresses or phone numbers are invalid. If an invalid entry is discovered before the draw, the Promoter may remove it from the draw. If discovered after the draw, the Promoter may disqualify the entrant, require return of any unused prize or benefit, and redraw or award the prize to a reserve winner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• 9.2 The winner may need to sign a release form and show proof of identity, age, residency, or entry validity. If you cannot provide proof, you forfeit the prize.
• 9.3 Bristle Up may redraw if a winner does not follow these Terms and Conditions or breaks them.
• 9.4 The prize is provided electronically or to the winner’s nominated method. Bristle Up and related parties are not responsible for issues with prize delivery beyond their control.

10. Dispute Resolution

• 10.1 If you have an issue with the competition, contact Bristle Up at ryledco@outlook.com or 0427312312. Bristle Up will work to resolve it fairly within 14 days.
• 10.2 If the issue isn’t resolved, you can request fair mediation with an independent party to help settle it. You can also seek remedies under Australian laws, like the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Privacy Collection Statement

• 11.1 Personal information may be collected by both the Promoter and the Authorised Partner in connection with this promotion. The Promoter will act as the primary administrator of entrant data for the purposes of conducting the draw. The Authorised Partner may retain and use personal information collected through its platform in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable laws.
• 11.2 We may share your information with agents to run the draw or deliver prizes, or with regulators if required. We follow the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Bristle Up’s Privacy Policy at https://www.bristleup.com.au/privacy-policy/.
• 11.3 To access, update, or complain about your information, contact The Privacy Officer, Ryled Pty Ltd, 13 Garden Street, Yuleba, QLD, 4427, Australia, or email ryledco@outlook.com.

12. Copyright, Statutory Guarantees, Waiver, and Liability

• 12.1 All entries and any associated content submitted as part of the promotion become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may publish, use, and share such content for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• 12.2 The winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities (including photos, videos, and interviews) as requested by the Promoter. The winner grants the Promoter and the Authorised Partner a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use this content across all media, including social media and advertising, without further payment.
• 12.3 These Terms and Conditions do not exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).
• 12.4 The Promoter is responsible for the overall conduct of the promotion, including the draw and prize fulfilment.
• The Authorised Partner is responsible only for the allocation and reporting of entries issued through its platform.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to any Non-Excludable Guarantees, neither the Promoter nor the Authorised Partner will be liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from:
• technical issues or system failures;
• unauthorised access or third-party interference;
• errors in entry submission or processing not caused by that party;
• issues relating to the use, acceptance, or availability of any prize;
• any tax implications associated with the prize.
• 12.5 The promotion is intended to be conducted in accordance with applicable laws in QLD, VIC, NSW, WA, NT, and TAS. Permits will be obtained where required.
• 12.6 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion (subject to regulatory approval where required) if circumstances arise that affect the fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the promotion. Any attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the promotion may result in disqualification.
• 12.7 Entries issued through different platforms are deemed equivalent for the purposes of the draw. No entry method provides an unfair advantage, and all valid entries have an equal chance of winning.
